a romantic getaway
excellent location clean room beautiful park
the location was excellent, close to many key sites. the room, a beautiful king room, was very clean. i especially loved the views from the high floor (it overlooked a beautiful park, i spent hours watching it!).
i can't fault anything about this stay, everything was perfect.

a good urban stay
genuine care birthday cheesecake flavored water
The staff greeted me with warmth and genuine care. i found a thoughtful birthday surprise of cheesecake in my room. It made my day (i was celebrating my 75th birthday). the flavored ice water in the lobby was a lovely touch. It was so refreshing.
i noticed slight wear in the bathroom fittings.

citrus water is available in the lobby, a nice detail for staying hydrated. the hotel offers convenient access to the convention center. valet service is available.

Rooms are large and very clean, some offering views of the city. the bed was ample in size. I found it quite comfortable for a good night's rest. a bidet was included in the room. It was a nice surprise.

the alice bar has comfortable seating and attentive bartenders. they provide excellent service in a relaxed setting. the staff made excellent recommendations for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (i recommend the cocktails).
